  • Evidence-based practices to achieve positive health outcomes and promote quality of life.

  • Collaboration between dietitian and client for tailored nutrition advice.

Food Allergy & Intolerance

  • Food intolerances are triggered by various natural food chemicals and/or additives which cause reactions in different parts of the body. Symptoms vary from person to person.

  • Following a systematic challenge protocol (e.g. elimination diet) for a short period of time, I will assist you in identifying all possible trigger foods and the specific quantities that can be re-introduced based on tolerance.

  • Guide your food choices to optimise nutrition and avoid the risk of nutrient deficiencies which can occur.

  • Email and phone support available.

  • Individually tailored care with the understanding that every person is unique and there is no one size fits all solution.

  • Email support available.

Eating Disorders & Disordered Eating

  • An approach that challenges the diet culture (a ‘diet’ being anything other than intuitive eating), honours hunger and promotes listening to body cues, encourages enjoyment of all foods without judgement, supports eating with purpose and for enjoyment, acknowledges, accepts and respects emotions, and esteems your body - intuitive eating and mindful eating principles.
