Meet Holly
A little about me and how I work:
Hi, my name is Holly and I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, and Sports Dietitian.
I help people on their journey to health through nutrition.
Food is something to be enjoyed! Not only does it taste good but it has the ability to bring family and friends together, resulting in a positive contribution to your health and happiness.
I enjoy speaking with people about their personal relationship with food and the effect it has on their body, both positive and negative.
With my clinical knowledge and experience as a dietitian, I provide a level of care and service that is individualised and easy to understand, realistic and of course, based in evidence.
My key areas of interest include chronic disease, food intolerance, gastrointestinal disorders, women’s health (e.g. endometriosis, PCOS), eating disorders/disordered eating, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), dysautonomia, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, Long COVID, weight management, sports nutrition and general nutrition for healthier living.
Guiding and encouraging people towards achieving a balanced mindset towards food and nutrition is of high priority.
I work with my clients to firstly understand and then optimise their nutritional situation, helping them to live a fulfilled life and feel great!
If you’re looking for help on your journey to health, please get in touch.
My personal interests:
I love spending time with family and friends and am enthusiastic for all things active and outdoors - surfing, spearfishing, adventure racing, indoor soccer and touch football. Classic FM is my favourite radio station and there is nothing more comforting than a well made cup of loose leaf tea.
